Kitchen Team:

• Bakery Commi 3
• Ice Cream Maker

Kitchen Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking as per restaurant standards.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
• Support senior chefs and the kitchen team during service.
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, marinades, and other mise en place.
• Maintain proper stock rotation and minimize food wastage.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen operations.
• Work efficiently during busy service hours.

Kitchen Candidate Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good hygiene and professional grooming.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or cloud kitchens is preferred.
• Freshers can apply for Commi 3 and Kitchen Helper positions.

Experience: Fresher to 3+ Years
