We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift In-Charge to join our team.

📍 Location: LSG Sky Chefs India Pvt. Ltd. – [Airport/Location]

💰 Budget: Up to ₹4.50 Lacs P.A.

👨 Male Candidate Preferred

🕒 Rotational Shifts

🚨 Immediate Joiner Preferred

🍽️ Industry: Retail / Airline / Industrial Catering preferred

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shift staff & daily operations

• Coordinate with airlines, kitchen and relevant departments

• Ensure flights are prepared and serviced on time

• Handle shift handover, logbooks, SABRE & catering records

• Manage manpower allocation as per daily flight movement

• Monitor staff discipline, productivity & equipment

• Ensure hygiene, HACCP, safety & security compliance

• Handle special/VIP flight requirements

• Ensure smooth coordination with airline representatives

• Minimize service errors, damages and airline penalties

✅ Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Airline Catering / Industrial Catering / Retail Operations

• Good communication & team-handling skills

• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

• Immediate joiners preferred
