Job Description

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Skip Tracing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Trace customers who are unreachable or whose contact details are unavailable.
  • Identify and verify updated customer contact details and whereabouts.
  • Follow up on pending cases and provide accurate tracing updates.
  • Use available databases and online resources to locate customers.
  • Maintain proper records of tracing activities and findings.
  • Coordinate with the Collections Team to support customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure all tracing activities comply with company policies and data privacy guidelines.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in skip Tracing.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
  • Ability to handle challenging cases and meet targets.
  • Good research and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners with relevant skip-tracing experience.
