Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Keeper to manage daily store operations, inventory control, stock movement, and material records for our restaurant operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily stock records and inventory reports.
• Handle receiving, checking, and issuing of materials.
• Monitor food, beverage, housekeeping, and general store supplies.
• Maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO methods for stock management.
• Coordinate with kitchen, purchase, and operations teams.
• Verify supplier deliveries, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Monitor expiry dates, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
• Maintain proper store cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B store operations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
• Strong record-keeping and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle store operations independently.
