Job Description

  • Candidate Requirements2+ years of experience in education sales, online education, admissions, EdTech, inside sales, or counselling.
  • Previous experience managing a team of counsellors/sales executives is preferred.
  • Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Good knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with UG/PG admissions and online education programs will be an added advantage.
