Job Description – BPO Team Leader (Healthcare Process)Position: Team Leader – BPO
Industry: Healthcare
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Job Location: Bangalore
- Job Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of customer support executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
- Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions and performance reviews.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, Quality and Productivity.
- Track team attendance, shrinkage and attrition.
- Provide coaching and training to improve team performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare process guidelines and quality standards.
- Required Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO Healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of team handling and performance management.
- Ability to manage targets, attrition and shrinkage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
