Job Description

Tele Counsellor – Job Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to prospective.
  • Explain career courses.
  • Understand the student's career interest and requirements.
  • Generate interest in the courses and encourage students to attend a free career counselling session at the institute.
  • Follow up regularly with interested students and track whether they visit the centre.
  • Maintain and update lead/customer details and call records.
  • Handle basic queries regarding courses, counselling sessions, and the admission process.
  • Build rapport with students and parents and maintain professional communication.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Convert interested leads into centre visits and potential admissions.
