Kankoni Finsol, India's premium financial solutions partner, is looking for energetic and fluent Telecallers to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our brand, helping customers find the best financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance) from our 100+ banking partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Kankoni Finsol’s premium financial offerings.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest the best loan, insurance, or credit card options.
  • Guide customers through the initial eligibility check (using our instant AI eligibility tools).
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone with every customer.
  • Update call details and lead status accurately in the company CRM.


Requirements:

  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome! (0-2 years of BPO/Telecalling experience preferred).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and regional languages (Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil is a plus).
  • Skills: Good communication skills, confident phone etiquette, and basic computer knowledge.
