Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive with experience in Home Loans, Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Services to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers and generate home loan leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and assess preliminary loan eligibility.
  • Explain home loan products, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into qualified prospects.
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives and Loan Processing Teams.
  • Maintain daily calling reports, lead status, and CRM updates.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of telecalling experience, preferably in Home Loans or Mortgage Loans in DSA, Banks, or NBFCs
  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of home loan eligibility, CIBIL scores, and loan documentation.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
