Job Description

Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, provide timely responses, share product information, and coordinate with the sales team to close leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Instagram
  • Share catalogues, photos, videos, and basic price information
  • Qualify enquiries and forward serious leads to sales/management
  • Maintain enquiry records and daily follow-up status
  • Ensure quick, polite, and professional communication

Skills Required

  • Good Kannada/Hindi/English
  • CRM Tool working experience
  • Experience with IndiaMart, Instagram & Facebook lead Management.
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business & social media messaging
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets
  • Customer-friendly and organized
