Telesales Executive

We are looking for candidates for a *Sales/Telecalling role in the financial services/NBFC domain*. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and handling sales-related activities for financial products.

This is a *sales/telecalling profile and not a customer-care-only role*.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls and communicate with customers regarding financial products.

* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

* Generate and follow up on potential leads.

* Explain loan/financial products and assist customers through the sales process.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

* Achieve assigned sales/conversion targets.

* Maintain proper customer and lead records.

* Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Candidate Eligibility

*Experience:*

* 3 months to 1 year of experience in any of the following:

 * Telecalling

 * Sales

 * NBFC/Banking products

 * Financial product sales

*Preferred Product Experience:*

* Personal Loan

* Business Loan

* Loan Against Property (LAP)

* Loan Against Shares (LAS)

* Credit Card

* Insurance

* Education Loan

Freshers may also be considered if they have:

* Excellent communication skills in *both English and Hindi*

* Good confidence and customer-handling ability

* No long educational/career gap after completion of studies

Mandatory Requirements

* Fluent in *English and Hindi*

* Maximum age: *30 years*

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Sales-oriented approach

* Stable employment history
