Telesales Executive

MyHappyJourney.com is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and sell customised holiday packages.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who can speak confidently and convincingly in Hindi and English, understand customer requirements, build trust, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
• Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.
• Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
• Explain itineraries, hotels, inclusions, pricing and travel arrangements clearly.
• Convince customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining healthy margins.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Requirements Excellent spoken Hindi and English – mandatory.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good sales and negotiation ability.
• Passion for travel and tourism.
• Confident in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Travel sales experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication and sales ability can also apply.
