Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES -
Calling Leads: Contact new prospects or existing customers
Handling Inquiries
Following Scripts: Use structured sales scripts while keeping the conversation natural and persuasive.
Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, offer discounts, and process purchase orders.
Updating Records: Log call results, customer feedback, and order notes into CRM software.
Close deals and fulfill monthly targets and earn incentives
Having Confidence and good communication
