Buyer Calling: Call HORECA buyers regularly and maintain good relationships.

Order Placement: Encourage buyers to place orders regularly through the app.

Sales Growth: Increase daily sales and GMV through effective calling.

New SKU Promotion: Inform buyers about new products and encourage trials.

Repeat Orders: Follow up with inactive buyers and encourage repeat purchases.

Dormant Buyer Activation: Contact inactive buyers and bring them back to ordering
