Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates to join our team at Edelweiss Life Insurance. The role involves fixing appointments with potential customers, explaining life insurance plans and their benefits, and convincing customers to consider suitable insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and schedule appointments.
• Explain life insurance plans, features, and benefits to customers.
• Convince customers by communicating the value and benefits of insurance products.
• Achieve assigned daily appointment targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Provide accurate information about insurance plans and address customer queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Languages Required: Tamil and Kannada.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and convincing skills are essential.
• Sales Skills: Ability to persuade customers and explain insurance benefits clearly.
• Target-Oriented: Willingness to work towards daily targets.
• Experience: To be confirmed.

Training & Certification

• One week of training, including certification.
• Candidates will receive training on insurance products, plan benefits, and customer handling.

Working Days & Weekly Off

·      Working

Days: 6 days a week.

·      Weekly

Off: 1 rotational week off.

·      Candidates must be comfortable working on Sundays and other days as per the assigned roster.

• Daily target: 1 appointment.
• Candidates should be comfortable with customer interaction, appointment fixing, and sales-related responsibilities.
