Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Provide accurate information about interior design services and offerings.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Collect floor plans and project details from clients.
- Schedule appointments for the design/sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead records.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for smooth client handovers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the interior design sector.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and services.
Immediate joiners preferred.
