Job Description

  1. Receive customers and understand vehicle complaints.
  2. Prepare job cards and provide service estimates.
  3. Coordinate with technicians for timely repair and delivery.
  4. Obtain customer approval for additional work.
  5. Ensure quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
  6. Explain completed work and collect customer feedback.
  7. Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain service records and follow company SOPs.
