UI/UX Developer

OneAnchor is a B2B procurement and vendor governance platform for residential housing societies. It runs as an Angular and Ionic app that ships to web, Android and iOS. We want someone who can own the user experience on their own: find what is not working, design the fix, build it in our frontend code and prove it helped. You are both the designer and the developer for the screens you touch, and you already know Figma, Angular and Ionic well enough to ship in your first few weeks.

This role is not measured by how good the mockups look. It is measured by screens that ship, and by users who finish what they came to do. 

What you will do

Design and build the experience

• Audit the current web and mobile app, find where users get stuck, and
• redesign those flows end to end.
• Turn designs into production Angular and Ionic screens yourself, not handoff files for someone else to build.
• Make every screen responsive and native-feeling on Android, iOS and desktop browsers.

Research, measure and iterate

• Test with real Management Committee members and vendors, and act
• on what you see.
• Use product analytics to find drop-offs and prove each change moved a number.
• Design for low-end Android phones, patchy networks and Kannada and Hindi users.

Own the design system

• Build and maintain the tokens, components and patterns in Figma and in code, kept in sync.
• Hold the line on accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and front-end performance.
• Get dark and light themes, empty states, errors and loading states right.

Collaborate

■ Work with backend engineers on the APIs your screens need, and flag blockers early.

■ Review UI pull requests and keep the frontend cleaner than you found it.
