Job Description
About the role
We're looking for an organised, detail-minded Warehouse Executive to manage inventory and order fulfilment for our saree collections, making sure every piece reaches customers in perfect condition.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, tag and store incoming stock (sarees, blouses, accessories)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and run regular stock audits
- Keep website stock levels in sync with physical inventory to avoid overselling
- Pick, pack and dispatch D2C and store orders on time
- Fold, wrap and pack sarees to brand standards, including gift packaging and inserts
- Match stitched blouses and add-ons with the right saree orders before dispatch
- Photograph or flag defects (weave flaws, colour variation, stains) before items go live or ship
- Coordinate with courier partners, manage COD orders and track shipments
- Handle returns and exchanges, including quality checks, refolding and restocking
- Support stock preparation for launches, sales and festive peaks
- Keep the storage area clean and organised, with sarees protected from damage, moisture and pests
- Share daily dispatch and stock reports with the operations team
