Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP Transactions: Process daily Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and stock transfers in SAP to match physical stock.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor SKU-, batch-, and location-wise stock levels, and perform regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Supervise receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations to ensure high order accuracy.
  • Documentation: Generate delivery challans, invoices, and MIS reports using SAP and MS Excel.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, production, quality assurance, and transport teams. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
