Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounts, Profit & Loss, and financial reporting.
- Handle import/export documentation, foreign payments, and landed cost calculations.
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow, customer collections, and supplier payments.
- Supervise daily sales invoicing, purchase entries, and accounting activities.
- Manage salary calculations, payroll, employee expenses, and reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, product-wise profitability, and outstanding reports.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely, accurate accounting.
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, import/export, and accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in trading or import-based companies preferred.
- Ability to independently manage accounts and lead a small team.
