Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST return filing and reconciliation.
- Manage TDS deductions, return filing, and related compliance activities.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor and maintain stock and inventory records and perform stock reconciliation.
- Record and verify purchase entries, purchase bills, and supplier invoices.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and receivables collection.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and account reconciliation.
- Handle various tax-related works and support audits.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist management with budgeting and financial planning activities.
