Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.

Prepare sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and vendor/customer reconciliations.

Manage GST activities, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, and related records.

Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return-related activities.

Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.

Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.

Verify invoices, bills, expenses, and supporting documents.

Assist with audits and statutory compliance.

Maintain proper financial documentation and records.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments.

Support management with financial reports and accounting analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, AR, BRS, and financial reporting.

Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.
