Accounts and Admin Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and handle administrative tasks for a food company. We run a brand of street food at mall food courts

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Maintain books of accounts (cash, bank, ledger entries)

Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports

Reconcile bank statements and cash records

Manage all franchisee accounts

Annual mandatory compliances and ROC filing

Ensure compliance and have experience with GST, TDS, and statutory filings

Maintain proper financial documentation and records

Assist in basic HR work and admin for the company

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support

Manage vendor records and follow up on payments

Handle office supplies, utilities, and basic procurement

Maintain files, contracts, and official documentsSupport management with reports and administrative tasks

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Good organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
