Accounts Executive

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries, sales/purchase invoices, receipts, payments and expenses.
- Maintain accounts in Tally/Accounting ERP.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Perform Bank, Vendor & Customer Reconciliation.
- Handle GST and TDS-related accounting activities.
- Maintain ledgers, bills, vouchers and financial records.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks and auditors.
- Support monthly closing and other accounts-related activities.
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and MS Excel.
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
