Job Title: Account Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any relevant graduate

• Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage daily cash, bank transactions, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with GST-related documentation and basic accounting compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Support the finance team during audits and account closing.
• Required SkillsBasic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidate RequirementsMale candidates preferred.
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
