Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, convert leads into admissions, and achieve enrolment targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and sales skills, along with the ability to manage a team and drive admission performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses and training programs.
• Counsel students on course curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and payment options.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and consistently achieve monthly targets.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.
• Handle student queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and admission data in the CRM.
• Monitor lead conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve counselling effectiveness.
• Support and mentor junior admission counsellors to improve team performance.
• Coordinate with marketing, training, and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counselling, negotiation, and sales closing abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and a student-focused approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Ability to motivate and guide junior team members.
• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in admissions counselling, educational sales, or edtech.
• Prior experience in achieving enrolment or revenue targets.
• Experience mentoring junior counsellors is preferred.
