Assistant Store Manager

Sales & Business Performance

Drive store sales by achieving and

exceeding assigned targets and key performance metrics (conversion,

ABV, UPT, etc.).

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales

performance and implement action plans to improve results.

Visual Merchandising (VM)

Ensure store displays are aligned with

brand guidelines and updated as per VM directives.

Customer Experience & Service

Deliver a high standard of customer service

to ensure a premium in-store experience.

Address and resolve customer queries,

concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.

Build strong customer relationships to

drive repeat business.

Team Management

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve

performance targets.  

Manage team schedules and rosters.

Store Operations

Oversee daily store operations including

opening/closing procedures, inventory management (GC), billing, and

stock control.

Ensure smooth coordination between back-end

and front-end operations.

Minimize shrinkage and ensure stock

accuracy through regular checks and audits.

Compliance & SOP Adherence

Ensure strict adherence to company

policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Maintain necessary documentation and

compliance standards at all times.

 Reporting

& MIS

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and

monthly reports on sales, operations, and store performance.

Analyze reports to identify gaps and

implement corrective actions.
