Audit & Assurance

• Assist in Statutory Audits under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Assist in Tax Audits under the Income Tax Act.
• Conduct Internal Audits and Stock Audits.
• Verify books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Prepare audit working papers and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit reports.

Accounting & Tax Compliance

• Assist in finalization of accounts.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR).
• Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation.
• Prepare TDS returns and ensure timely compliance.
• Assist with ROC compliance and statutory filings.

Client & Other Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients for financial data and required documents.
• Assist in scrutiny and assessment matters when required.
• Support seniors with accounting, audit research, and technical matters.

Eligibility

• CA Intermediate – Both Groups Cleared / Appearing.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/accounting software.
