Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Processing:
- Managing and processing applications for universities in countries like the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
- Document Management:
- Collaborating with counselors and admission teams to gather and verify student documents, ensuring they are complete and accurate for submission.
- Application Submission:
- Submitting applications through university portals and tracking their progress, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Follow-up and Communication:
- Liaising with universities regarding pending applications, providing clarifications, and addressing any inquiries related to the application process.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintaining student records, updating internal systems with application progress, and managing other backend operations related to student applications and visas.
- Visa Support:
- Assisting students with visa documentation and related backend processes for their study abroad journey
