Job Description

Position: Backend Executive – Loan Department
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Qualification: Any
Salary: [Salary] + Incentives / Depending upon your interview performance salary will be there
Location: Jayanagar 9th block
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle loan applications and verify customer documents.
- Check and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with sales executives, customers, banks/NBFCs, and other departments.
- Follow up on pending documents and loan applications.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan status regularly.
- Coordinate for login, processing, approval, and disbursement of loans.
- Ensure all required documents are collected and properly maintained.
- Resolve documentation and processing-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to loan applications.
- Ensure timely processing of files and meet department targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer operations.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Previous experience in loan/finance/banking operations will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also be considered based on skills and attitude.
