Job Description

What you will do

  • Assist the head baker in daily cake production, from preparation to baking.
  • Follow recipes and quality standards exactly.
  • Maintain hygiene and keep the kitchen and equipment clean.

What we are looking for

  • Willing to learn and to follow recipes exactly, every time.
  • Careful about hygiene: clean hands, cap, apron and gloves.
  • Can stand and work for long hours and lift trays and moulds.
  • Punctual and reliable, especially in the festive months.
  • Comfortable working in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada or English.

An advantage (not mandatory)

  • Earlier work in a bakery, cloud kitchen or home bakery.
  • Basic idea of cake batters and oven handling.

What we offer

  • Training on our recipes and standards.
  • Overtime pay during the Oct to Dec rush (rate to be fixed in the offer letter).
  • Probation of 1 to 3 months, then a confirmed role.
  • Scope to grow into a senior baker.
