Barista

Location:

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. Common roles and responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and processing payments accurately.
• Recommending menu items and answering customer questions about drinks and food.

• Maintaining cleanliness of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
• Restocking ingredients, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Monitoring inventory and reporting low stock to supervisors.
• Handling customer complaints professionally and resolving issues promptly.
• Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining product quality.
• Following opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and cash handling.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
