Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting high-quality coffee beverages, knowledgeable about third-wave coffee practices, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding coffee experience and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Barista – Third Wave CoffeeA Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting smooth day-to-day café operations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare coffee and beverages as per Third Wave Coffee's recipes and quality standards.Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.Greet customers, understand their requirements, take orders, and provide friendly service.Explain menu items and make suitable beverage recommendations to customers.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and food-safety standards across the café.Handle billing and payments accurately when required.Support food preparation, serving, and other café activities.Check and replenish ingredients, packaging, and other café supplies.Follow SOPs for opening, closing, stock handling, waste management, and daily operations.Work closely with the café team during peak hours to ensure speed of service and a smooth customer experience.Learn and demonstrate knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, products, and café offerings.Contribute to a welcoming café environment and uphold the Third Wave Coffee brand experience.In simple terms:The Barista is responsible for making great coffee, serving customers well, maintaining café standards, and working with the team to keep the café running smoothly.
