Breaklyn is a new community cafe opening inside Disha Pursuit of Sunshine — filter coffee, cold coffee, boba, healthy bites. Fully vegetarian menu.

What you'll do

• Make and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, cold coffee, and boba on our Promac Green 161 machine
• Maintain drink quality and consistency — this is our core differentiator, not an afterthought
• Handle daily opening/closing, stock checks, and basic hygiene/FSSAI compliance
• Train and guide 2–3 helper staff on drink prep and counter service
• Manage the counter during rush hours with speed and a good attitude toward residents

What we're looking for

• Prior barista experience (cafe, QSR, or similar) — espresso machine handling is a must
• Reliable, hygiene-conscious, good with people

Bangalore East / Budigere area preferred — short commute matters for consistency
