Billing Executive – Astral Pipes & Sanitaryware
Job Title: Billing Executive
Department: Accounts / Billing

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations for Astral CPVC/PVC pipes, fittings, plumbing products, and sanitaryware.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare sales invoices, GST invoices, cash bills, and credit bills.
- Handle dealer, distributor, retailer, and customer billing.
- Verify product quantities, rates, discounts, GST rates, and HSN codes.
- Process sales orders, delivery challans, and e-way bills wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily sales reports, invoice records, and billing documentation.
- Handle sales returns, credit notes, and debit notes with proper approval.
- Coordinate with customers regarding billing discrepancies and outstanding payments.
- Work on Tally, ERP, or other billing software.
- Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com, BBA, PUC, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1–3 years in billing or accounts.
- Knowledge of GST billing and MS Excel.
- Experience in Astral Pipes, CPVC/PVC pipes, plumbing, sanitaryware, hardware, or building materials is preferred.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
