Job Description – Business Development Executive

Company: Evonic Pro Elevators

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Average Incentive: ₹5,000 per month (performance-based)

Total Earning Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month


Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for elevator and lift installation projects.
  • Develop relationships with builders, architects, civil contractors, interior designers and property developers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references and digital platforms.
  • Meet prospective customers and explain elevator products, features, specifications and benefits.
  • Arrange customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical and estimation teams.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients and develop referral business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
  • Maintain daily activity reports, lead records and sales pipeline updates.
