Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, online research, referrals, and networking.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
