Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will handle the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Contact and counsel students and working professionals regarding training and certification programs.

• Connect with prospective learners and encourage them to attend demo sessions conducted by technical experts.

• Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

• Track leads, interactions, and follow-up progress using CRM tools.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and engagement targets.

• Share regular performance reports and updates with the management team.

Language Requirements:

• Good command of English (mandatory)

• Fluency in any two of the South Indian languages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in any field)

• Fresher’s or Minimum 1 year of sales experience (EdTech experience is a bonus)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Requirements:

• Laptop and Android smartphone (mandatory)

• Comfortable with tele calling and target-based roles
