Job Role: Sales & Marketing Executive (Business Development Executive)

Location: HSR Layout and Akshayanagar, Bengaluru (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Freshers to 6 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly Off: One weekday off per week

About the Role

D-Mentors Dance Company is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, increase student enrollments, retain existing customers, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, digital channels, referrals, and other marketing activities.
• Convert enquiries into student enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Acquire new customers and explore opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert potential customers into paying students.
• Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.
• Re-engage inactive customers and identify opportunities for repeat enrollments.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM.
• Track sales performance and work towards monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
• Represent D-Mentors professionally and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of lead generation, marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Willingness to engage with customers over calls and in person.
