Job Description – Female Telecaller
Department: Insurance / Real Estate Sales
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate quality leads.
- Explain insurance products or real estate projects to interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and purchase or investment plans.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with sales executives and relationship managers.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates with good communication skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, insurance sales, real estate sales, or lead generation.
- Fluency in Kannada and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and a target-oriented approach.
