Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Bengaluru market. The primary focus of this role is to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with Architects (ARC) and Interior Designers (IDS) to secure project-based business. You will be responsible for scouting new construction and renovation sites across the city and ensuring our products/services are integrated into their specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesNetworking & Acquisitions: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with Architects and Interior Designers to pitch our offerings and secure long-term collaborations.
• Site Scouting: Proactively identify and visit various residential and commercial project sites across Bengaluru to discover new business opportunities.
• ARC Network Engagement: Leverage existing connections within the ARC Network to expedite business entry and brand recognition.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for design professionals, managing the sales cycle from initial introduction to final project handover.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on upcoming real estate projects and competitor activity within the Bengaluru region.
• Lead Generation: Convert site visits and designer referrals into active sales leads and revenue.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Previous experience as a BDM or Sales Executive specifically dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, or the Construction industry.
• Network: Applicants with an existing ARC Network or established contacts in the Bengaluru design community are strongly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter comfortable with field work and site visits.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Kannada is highly desirable to effectively communicate with local site contractors and design firms.
• Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily travel across Bengaluru.
