About the Role 

We're looking for a driven and personable Business Development Executive to join our team. 

You'll work closely with leads generated by our marketing team, guide prospective clients 

through our services and packages, and help them customize the perfect offering for their 

big day. This role is central to building trust with our clients — from the first interaction 

through to project delivery — and occasionally involves direct engagement with business 

owners/founders on strategic opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities 

● Engage with leads shared by the marketing team and understand client requirements 

● Explain Artisan Archives' services and product offerings clearly and confidently 

● Help clients customize packages based on their needs and budget 

● Drive both outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-ups (primarily outbound) 

● Build and maintain strong client relationships from onboarding through to project 

delivery 

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience and timely 

delivery 

● Occasionally interact directly with business owners/founders on key opportunities 

● Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales pipeline 

Requirements 

● Any graduate (no specific stream required) 

● 0–1 years of experience; freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales/client interaction 

welcome 

● Multilingual communication skills — English and Kannada is mandatory and 

additional languages is a plus 

● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment 

● Willingness to visit client locations as needed 

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 

Compensation 

● Fixed salary as per market standards, based on relevant experience in the 

wedding/Photography industry 

● Incentive/commission component applicable post training and probation 

Probation Period: 3–6 months
