Job Description
Core Roles
- Lead Generator: Finds new sales leads through cold calls, emails, and market research.
- Relationship Builder: Connects with clients and keeps old accounts happy.
- Market Analyst: Studies industry trends and competitor actions.
- Deal Closer: Negotiates contract terms and prices to win business.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and Outreach: Contact new prospects via phone, email, or at networking events.
- Pitches and Proposals: Build custom presentations and business proposals for clients.
- CRM Management: Keep clear records of all leads and sales pipelines in the company database.
- Teamwork: Work with marketing and product teams to align sales goals and share customer feedback.
