Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sources.
- Meet potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Present and explain residential projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers.
- Conduct property/site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and update lead status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales, site visit, and booking targets.
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property developments.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
