About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify and onboard societies across Bangalore where our target customers reside and secure permissions from society management to conduct health camps.

This role is critical to expanding the reach of our Offline Activation program by opening up new locations and building strong relationships with society management and key stakeholders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify societies across Bangalore that align with our target customer profile.
• Reach out to and build strong relationships with society management, facility managers, and resident committees.
• Pitch and secure permissions to conduct health camps and offline activation drives within societies.
• Negotiate access and aim to secure free permissions wherever possible, while managing paid arrangements in select cases when required.
• Resolve real-time issues related to permissions, access, scheduling, and society coordination.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports covering outreach, permissions, approvals, and the camp pipeline.
• Coordinate with the Supervisor and Offline Activation team to hand over approved societies for camp scheduling and execution.
• Follow up consistently with society stakeholders to ensure approved activations move smoothly toward execution.
• RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, field sales, on-ground operations, community engagement, or a similar role.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ownership of daily and weekly reporting.
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve on-ground and permission-related challenges in real time.
• Comfortable with field work and frequent travel across Bangalore.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
