Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) | The Fit Cubs Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and leads.
  • Build partnerships with schools, corporates, communities & institutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales pitches.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients.

We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales and networking abilities.
  • Target-driven, proactive & confident personality.
  • Experience in B2B, education, sports or institutional sales is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
