Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager will spearhead the growth strategy for VGM’s financial BPO, debt collection, and credit underwriting services across Bengaluru and the South Indian market. This role demands a seasoned corporate sales professional who can leverage existing executive-level relationships within Top-tier Private Banks, Large NBFCs, and Digital Fintech unicorns to secure large-scale, long-term service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Client Acquisition: Drive enterprise-level B2B sales by targeting national and regional heads of Retail Assets, Risk Management, and Collections.

· Large-Scale Deal Ownership: Own the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including commercial structuring, legal SLA negotiations, and complex contract closures.

· Regional Market Leadership: Act as the senior representative for VGM Consultants in Bengaluru, positioning the brand as the preferred recovery and outsourcing partner.

· Key Account Growth: Cultivate deep corporate relationships to cross-sell VGM's multi-state BPO capabilities, ensuring steady revenue retention and account expansion.

· Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner directly with national operations hubs (Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida) to ensure regional client onboarding matches delivery capabilities.
