Business Development Officer

BDO - Sales

We are seeking an energetic BDO Sales professional to join our Bengaluru team. This entry-level position focuses on driving sales growth, building client relationships, and supporting the business development team.

Location : Bengaluru, India (whiteField)

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Track sales metrics, update CRM systems, and report progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of sales experience or equivalent entry-level experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
