Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development & Sales Executives in a dynamic, field-based role centered on customer acquisition, brand promotion, and event marketing. This position offers comprehensive training and a defined career path toward leadership and management.
Role Overview
- Execute face-to-face direct marketing and sales campaigns
- Drive customer acquisition across both B2B (corporate) and B2C (residential) segments
- Represent client brands at promotional events and field campaigns
- Deliver engaging product presentations and build customer relationships
Training & Development
- Full training provided — no prior experience necessary
- Develop core skills in communication, sales, negotiation, and marketing
